Agnieszka Kumorkiewicz-Jamro received a PhD in 2021 from AGH University of Science and Technology. She is a research and teaching assistant in the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology at Cracow University of Technology (Poland). Her main research interests rest in phytochemical analysis, chromatographic methods of the natural compounds separation, purification and identification. Her current work focuses on betalain pigments isolated from versatile plant sources.
